I finally ordered from The Fit Life Meals and everything has been very tasty!! Joe and I had the Parmesan Chicken casserole last night - I little spicy for the both of us but still very good. The soup and salads - amazing and the tilapia was very tasty!! You know the great thing - for me? I work a full time job and own 2 small but very busy businesses. Ordering from The Fit Life Meals means no meal prep, much less time to spend in the kitchen, I don’t have to spend as much time in the grocery store, and the kitchen clean up is a snap!! All of these time saving things are great for me and that coupled with great food = no brainer!! I wished I had started ordering from them sooner! 😊
We are SO enjoying the Empower Meals! The variety and taste are terrific! And it saves me so much time. Making a healthy dinner after a long day was getting to be impossible for me— but now we look forward to which meal we’re going to have tonight. The cost seems comparable to less healthy and definitely less appetizing fast food. I hope they keep this up forever. Personal favorites: chicken tortellini salad, coconut curry meat balls, broccoli cheese soup, and protein chocolate chip cookies.

I just picked up my first order from Empower Meal Prep and came home and warmed it up because I was starving. WOW! This chicken alfredo with pasta is better than what you get at a restaurant. I ordered my first delivery last week and I must say, I am pleased as punch with the quality. The food is very good and IMO very reasonably priced. I ordered several meal options and then some bulk rice, turkey sausage and blackened shrimp. I am not a great cook so this gives me healthy variations in my diet and its so much cheaper than DoorDash. Big fan so far!
Empower Meals is a welcome addition to my life. I enjoy cooking but I also enjoy the ease of ordering and having a delicious “home cooked” meal occasionally without going out to restaurants. I also can’t follow directions so make mistakes in ordering which they quickly fix. Great customer service makes you want to go back for more. They have a great variety of choices for all situations. Their efforts are truly appreciated by this customer.
If you hate to cook like I do (after 20+ years with kids at home), this is just the place for you. We've been using them for probably 18 months now or more. Delicious healthy foods that you choose from their generous menu each week. They are prepared, cooked, and all you have to do is heat them. Microwave single serve for 2.5 minutes and throw family size in the oven to reheat. My life couldn't be easier now. To me, it's well worth the time saved so that I can do something I love instead.

I have been seeing things posted about Empower Meal Prep and thinking about trying it for a while. Then my sister-in-law told me she was ordering from them and how good the food is. So I put in my first order last Friday and I picked it up on Sunday. That process was so quick and easy. I got a good variety of foods to try and they have all been so good. The look of the foods is pleasing and the flavor has been amazing. I have an autistic daughter who is very picky and she has liked the things she's tried. It's so handy to have the meals on hand ready to heat up and eat. I'm definitely not good at meal planning so this is very helpful to me. Nutritious and delicious.
